For anyone who can send but receive, or receive but not send.....

Try going back to your registry editor and, instead of manually going to each registry entry, try searching for them by using a part of the entry. Perhaps there are some entries that are named the same, but are in a slightly different location.

For example, to delete my entry for:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Extensions\ContextMe nus\Pictures\imageview\{EB6C1AB1-C215-444c-85DB-1412091E536D}">
<parm name="" value="PictureMail" datatype="string" />

I simply searched in my reg editor for "imageview" and had it take me right there. I then deleted it.

Perhaps you missed something - it's worth a second look, believe me...
