that would be dishonest were you to do that tell them you screen is going out on its own and your gps is not working correctly

If you're within 30 days of getting your TP, you should be able to take it to a Sprint store and exchange it for a NEW phone w/ no problems. Just tell them exactly what problems you have with this phone (the wobbly keyboard and loose/squeaky battery cover). In fact, if its w/in 30 days, you could just tell them you don't like the color and they'll swap it out. (at least, that's the example i heard a store rep use once about the 30 day return policy). This applies to either getting a different phone or just a new one of the same phone.

Alright thank. I wasn't trying to do anything illegal FYI. I mean if i really didn't want it I could just return it within the 30 days and go an re buy it. i just didn't know if they would swap it out if i told them the petty problems i was having.
