Re: need hard reset help

I give up! I've tried I don't know how many times to hard reset.

1. Pull battery out
2. Put back in
3. Hold down D-pad center with right thumb
4. Hold down Vol-down button with left thumb
5. Hold down Power button with left index finger
6. Boot screen comes up and it doesn't hard reset

:EDIT: Never mind. Finally got it! What a pain!

The last time I had to do a hard reset, it must have taken me 25 times to get that stupid procedure to work (I never had these kind of probels with my old titan's)

I could have easily done a clear memory thing, but that messes up my EPST settings & I was trying to avoid that.........

I don't know about Sprint, but:

**To hard reset the Verizon Touch Pro, hold the center button, then hit the soft reset button.**

That's it. No need to power down, etc... Very simple!
