Program to remap hardware buttons beside AE Button Plus?

I feel dumb for posting this since I could have sworn I've seen threads for applications like what I'm looking for. But I've been searching all morning and can't find anything. I used AE Button Plus on my Mogul and it worked like a champ. However I find it to be incredibly flakey on my Sprint Touch Pro with Juggalo 0.08B ROM. My wife has the stock ROM on her TP and she has problems as well. I remapped the send, end, and volume up/down buttons and it works for a while but without warning it stops working completely and a soft reset is required. I'm looking for something else that will let me remap these buttons and add functionality for double and/or long presses the way AEBP does.
