I had this problem too, the only time I could get it to work is if the sprint app had never been installed. I would suggest a hard reset then install this without ever installing the sprint APP.

it works AWESOME!!! i love it..

using it on TP latest mighty rom...with sprint... i hate the picturemail stuff/app/cab

my previous phone was a palm centro and i loved the idea of sending text threaded and adding a picture to my text etc... i really mised that..

i thought it was lame that Windows Mobile devices had to use seprate...when i first saw it on the moto q that way.. had to email picmail.. lol

now this phone is rocking even more!!

Has anyone tried to send 2 pictures in one mms message? when i go to select the 2nd picture to send.. there is no option to select a picture from my sd card .. only internal memory ... why is this? and i am still getting error message on some downloads saying... the message is larger then my set download limit..therefore cannot be downloaded... where would i change that setting?

thanks for trying that ... can u tell me your method...

i went to my photoalbum... opened a picture then hit the envelope under the picture and selected send via picture mail... now arcsoft.. opened up the first page .. then i click on arrow on bottom right to go to next slide... then click on insert photo... onscreen..then i have my pictures highlighted on top,,, i tap on that drop down box... and it shows:
My device
My Documents
My Pictures

nothing with shows storage card... are u sending that way or a different way?

what version are u running.. and how do u check.. i am just going my what the cab stated....Sprint Arcsoft MMS 5.0.69.44

i just tried a different way... go to messages... then menu (right softkey) .. new ...then menu again (right softkey) insert....picture....same issue... no sd card to pick pictures from .. so from arcsoft...i cannot pick from sd card

click my device, then one of the tiles will be storage card. It is more like file explorer than picture viewer ;)
