Alright everyone!
All the pieces have falling together for getting ArcSoft to work for MMS on the Sprint TP!

So putting it all together:

Make sure the Sprint picture mail app isn't installed.

Install the attached CAB, then you need to edit the registry:

Change HKLM\Software\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\UI\EnableServerEdit from 0 to 1

Now we need to change some settings in the Pics/Video Options (under Menu) in Text Messages in Pocket Outlook.

Tap on Sprint in the Servers Tab.
Change where it says Connect via: from The Internet to Sprint.
Now receive will work.

If you can't send an MMS change the server address from http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms to http://63.215.195.152/servlets/mms

Still no luck with receiving on Stock ROM Sprint TP with NO sprint pic mail installed...

However, when a picmail is sent to me the PHONE WILL WAKE UP as if it is receiving, but it never shows up anywhere - it DOES show up online, however....

WEIRD! Maybe this is a clue!

Theres another one posted with no adjustments needed and works with picture mail this isnt new and seems pretty bugggy

didn't sprint put out a picture mail cab???? sorry after further review Seams I'm the only person it works wonders for...

Im not following you here.

Arcsoft hasn't been working so well with stock roms, however on all of the custom roms it has certainly worked no issues, and it integrates into the OS way better than the Sprint Mail or sMMs.....

is this completely uninstallable without issue? i'm very sick of the stock sprint workaround for their lack of mms.

Yes. Installed it /uninstalled it on the stock rom multiple times without issue.

It did not receive picture mail properly till I installed it on a Custom Rom that never had the Sprint mail cab installed on it

hmmm... so its not going to work if i uninstall the picmail cab, and install this?

okay so i think i just figured this out for the people that are having problems with it downloading the incoming pictures..

here is what i did exactly..
1. i turned on wifi and i connected to a network
2. then start, settings, connections, and then connections, advanced, select networks, changed both to sprint
3. turned off wifi, and bam! i can now receive pictures... NICE!!!

I've been having no problem sending or receiving using the cab as it is without editing the server settings...I'm using Dream's 1.2 ROM btw.
