HELP No keys work
 

I have been using this touch pro with no problems (Verizon One) and i had my initial one that kept restarting no matter what and verizon sent me a brand new one. I have the new one i have been using it for a week now and was using gc 2.1.4 and no problems and out of no where none of my keys work on the front and none on the keyboard. I have changed roms and still nothing can someone help me please. Any suggestions would be great.

revert back to stock, if that doesnt work, lock it hard reset and take it back

Yes, time is of the essence. If you can't fix the issues with a hard-reset, get a replacement ASAP

well the phone is under warranty for a year as long as there are problems i just get sent a new one for the year that i have the warranty

im wondering since the verizon alltell merger is official if maybe they can send me a alltell touch pro shouldnt it technically work on the verizon network

I had the same exact issue but with a Sprint TP... one night it stopped working and the next morning, I did a hard reset and took the battery out at least 5-6 times and it started working perfectly with no issues...

how exactly do you do a hard reset on the touch pro again

This site has a nice little guide:

1. Pull out the stylus.
2. With the device turned on, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the RESET button with the stylus tip.
3. Release the RESET button, but continue pressing the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons until you see this message on the screen:
