i called them the day after they switched and i was like i have an alltel touch pro and they said they didnt have the esns nor were they trained for alltel phones yet so good luck

well im on the phone with support now if they can send me an alltell one and make it work on there network id be happy but i mean ive had 2 touch pros brand new not work how they should for a 600 dollar phone i want some kinda stability. ill post my resolution after the call.
