Which Registry tweak worth doing!?!

Hey Guys,
Fairly new to the board, just got my TP few days back. With the help of many board members, I am able to load up some good programs onto my TP. My next step is to see if I can tweak my TP a bit via registry edit to make the TP a bit more "effective". I have yet have the guts to flash my ROM. I know there is an extensive list of registry edits, but I am curious what board members beleive to be the most effective tweaks worth doing. Thanks in advance.

YEAh TP essential is a must dude:
Install the 4 icons prog
Kill the sound on/off
Disable that Biatch kb from popping up
Roam only
these are some that came to mind in a spam of 5 seconds, gotta go later dude
