HELP!: wount sync with outlook contacts

I just got my TP today and i had a regular old school HTC Touch which it had everything synced with outlook, i connected my TP and it connects threw windows moviel device and i click in there to sync Contacts/calender... so on, but it doesnt.

anyone???

try going to settings -> connections tab ->usb to PC

now deselect "enable faster data synchronization"

let me know how it works?
