Still no luck guys. No i'm not a verizon cust. but i wonder would that fix help my cause. or just do more damage. Someone help me out please.

Is your "location on" under settings --> phone --> services tab--> location settings?

yeah it's on, it was already mentioned to be as a poss. issue but that's still not it. any ideas
