Touch Pro going black

My Touch Pro screen is going black. Sometimes my today screen will come on and sometimes it won't, the screen would just be black. Sometimes my today screen comes up, then it fades to black. I've done a hard reset, soft reset, taken the battery out and etc and the problem may go away for a few minutes, but then the screen goes black again.

Is anyone else having this problem and if so, how do you remedy it? Do I just need to get another TP? I've tried to search this forum for some answers but couldn't find any so I'm just aksing.

Any information on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
