Question on Roms and stock software

Hi, Im new to this stuff and Im really reluctant to updating the ROM but still would like to do so....Im back and forth on the matter. If I update the ROM on my CDMA Sprint TP do I loose all the stock software...the one that I really want to keep would be at least the Sprint NAV. Is there a cab for the sprint nav and other stock software if someone wants to put them back if a ROM stips them out?

There are so many things a person should follow. Analytical stock software is the software which look forwards the market performance so that people can trade consequently.
