Unique Scenario Question...

I hope this can be solved. I am using a Sprint phone on my Verizon account so this is why I THINK (could be wrong) I am having this problem.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get picture mail working on my phone. I have it on my plan but no matter what info i put into MMS options on Arcsoft, it will not work. When I send a picture mssg to myself or a friend, they nor I receive the picture, just a blank text mssg.

There must be a way to solve this problem....I hope someone here knows how to fix this.
