it is just "out of a txt'er's rhythm" to jump up to the send :)

so what you are saying is that if the touch pro came with the ability to hit FN + ENTER to send texts/emails you would not use it? i think you would. to me it is like going from the keyboard to the mouse on a PC. why use the mouse when you can hit the Enter button, or ALT + S, CTL + Enter, etc.

I for one would like to know a keyboard shortcut for sending texts too, something about hitting the screen just doesn't flow right while texting in threads, hahah.

I remember I tried teaching someone to use ctrl+x, c, v, etc for copy pasting, but refused to use them and swore by the fact that the mouse was still more efficient, hahah.

No, I wouldn't. The "Send" soft key is one touch and it's done. Now, if Enter sent the text message without having to use FN, I'd definitely use that.

i know these work just like the Comps KB ,CTRL A (highlight All), CTRL C (Copy selected),and CTRL V (Paste) just for future refrence. i dont know of a diffent way to "Send" i just tap send i never thought about it before though.

back from my ICQ days about 10 years ago i am pretty sure ALT+S or maybe it was ALT+Enter would send a msg. i know we do not have an ALT key but if most of the other KB shortcuts work i am sure something could be figured out.

Im waiting to see can this be done also. I don't like breaking my flow to hit the onscreen send.

yes, texting FTMFW!

it does suck having to stretch your thumb up to the screen from the keyboard.
