Yeah, sorry... likely unrelated, as I have set my location on every time I notice that the phone decided to turn it back off again - check yours after a day or so and you will find it says its off too
 Mine hangs somewhat randomly. Can go days without issue, then hang a couple times in the same day. It's the Underpants Gnomes for sure.

Congrats.. You just discovered the reason I am now on my 6th TP phone. Yes my sixth, 9 including the diamond which I no longer have.
My solution.. Flash MightyROM latest version. I flashed to this ROM and have not had a problem since. It's been over a month now. Prior to flashing, each web page I wanted to go to, I would have to cycle the data connection.
