.NET CF 3.5 Error in Battery Monitor App

I downloaded a battery monitoring program to do some empirical research on power consumption so that I can judge if a new Radio ROM really makes a difference - But - While monitoring & logging my stock setup for a control test to compare to, the program terminated with an error.
