Sprint TV connects, Opera and email doesn't

I've spent countless hours on the phone with sprint tech support level 2. They are going to send me out a new phone but I don't think that will fix the issue. I have done the fix with changing the active profile from 0 to 1. I have hard reset my phone. Issue i'm having is that if i'm on opera, data will drop after a minute and weather or email won't work. If I go to sprint TV it works no problem. After I reset the phone it will work for opera but then after a minute I get the "Error! Could no locate remote server". Sprint tried reprovisiong where I cleared all the info in my MSL setting and re-input it but after a minute or 2 the same thing happens. Wonder if anyone can help searched the forums couldn't find any answers.
