Sure, i use Seven, and like everybody knows it drains the battery really fast, i went ahead and bought an extra battery that way i just switch and good to go.

I was one of the lucky Mogul users who got an extra battery with my touch pro when I replaced it. All I need to do now is a cradle.

Extra battery and a charger does it...

I still love it though....

Seven is good... I does the job and is very nice. Just don't have the spare battery yet, or a cradle. So in the mean time, so I don't have to feel like I'm stuck on a cord with a wireless device... mail2web live. I do like the fact that Seven manages everything for me. Just fill in some blanks and Seven takes care of the rest.

+1 for Seven

Seven KILLS the battery! It's nice, except for the fact that my phone is just about dead by 3:30PM! I have to charge my phone at least once per day just to keep it turned on. That's with light use, maybe some sms, a couple calls, and maybe some minor web browsing. I am generally pretty busy at work all day and barely use it - Work for a bank. I have taken Seven off and have signed up for a mail2web account. So will check out free push with MS Exchange from mail2web and let you know. My battery already seems better.

Besides I've had my Yahoo! email account for 14 years now and it constantly fills with spam. Might have something to do with all the porn sites that said free with a vaild email address? ;) They never give you free porn, maybe adware or viruses though! Who knows gonna spend the time today while I wait for "The Big Game" (Superbowl) changing all of my accounts and having all of my email sent to my new mail2web account. It will be a nice change to actually receive real email for a change, instead of take this pill to lose weight, get bigger, or grow hair! WTF? Who gets paid to send this crap?

How many accounts do you have in Seven anyway? I've got three and it's far from "destroying" the battery... yeah, there's a definite increased drain, but that's the price of push e-mail. My TP still easily lasts me a day. The majority of my battery drain seems to be when the screen is on, anyway.

I'm using Dream's ROM (definitely increased battery life) and the Telus radio (largest battery increase I've been able to do... the change was insane).

I only had 2 accounts. I am running a stock rom. Before Seven no problems... The phone lasted all day. After Seven I had to start charging my phone at work around 3pm. If not the phone would be completely dead around 5. Today I set up mail2web and still have plenty of battery. Once I get a spare battery and a cradle, I'll probably go back to Seven.

Instead of starting a new thread I thought I would post here, because my question is related.
My company has Exchange 2007, we just migrated. Since we have exchange I have to be able to sync directly with the server, right? I have a service ticket logged but no response yet... How do I find out the server information to sync directly with the server on my TP? I have tried everything I can think of, is there some easy way to do it? Some place I can go in Outlook to find the info?

You're more than likely going to have to wait on your IT guys to respond to your service ticket.

The problem with mail2web is that you can't have a different "From" email address. And with Seven, when you read it on your device, it shows up as having been read on your provider's email server, and vice-versa.
