Ok I ordered the official Verizon OEM Extended battery with the back door. It was very easy to order they billed it right to my account and I'll have it by Friday morning. I asked the guy why it isn't on the website. He said he had no clue but to keep checking the website for it to show up, at which point I said but I just ordered it. We both laughed, He said it was too early in the morning to think which I agreed. hehe.

I have the Seidio 2000 mah battery which, looking at the pics in the 1st page, should fit fine. I just hated the back door Seidio provides. They keep giving me the run around when I ask when the rest of the xv6850 accessories will be showing up.

will this work on the alltel phone? I used an extended battery from ebay on an ax8600 and the results seemed the same as the original battery. what are the results

I seriously doubt it will work. Seems the Verizon unit is very unique in shape. I ordered a generic TP charger base and had to dremel it quite a bit to get it to work..

I only buy batteries from two places OEM HTC from Verizon and Seidio. I got burned too many times on the eBay "OEM" low quality Chinese counterfeits. You have to pay for quality batteries from reliable sources, no way around that fact...

Absolutely not. It will not work on an altell Touch Pro. The reason is 2 fold, 1 the Verizon branded Touch Pro is Rectangular in shape, and 2 the Verizon Touch Pro is longer than any other version of the Touch Pro out there.

What I BELIEVE, please someone correct me if I'm wrong, the Altell, cricket, and Sprint versions of the touch pro are compatible with eachother. I read this somewhere when I was looking for Verizon TP accessories. So hopefully this info helps you.

Amen Reverend. I always order from Seidio. I've given them a lot of my money lol. If they say it will work on your device. It will work perfectly, fit perfectly. They are very good about shipping and tech support too. The only downside is they charge alot. But when you spend a lot of money on a device, it goes with the territory if you want quality, guaranteed accessories.
