tf3d problem

ok here's the deal......I downloaded the call history, calender, and communications tabs in a cab and installed it. THEN installed a new icon set thatr included all of the new icons for the new tabs.......so far so good, but when I re-arrange the tabs in adv. config. all of the new tabs just disappear only the stock ones are left. Really really wierd....any ideas?
