Unlocking Options with Exchange Password

Like many of you, in order to sync via Exchange, you have to have a password set up to unlock. Can this be byp a s s e d by other locking type programs? Stock password screen is a little dull.....

I have iGate, which is basically just a different skin---I like it, but the numbers are small. From my understanding, options like S2U2 don't bypass the password requirement. Anyone know if TouchLockPro or Throttlelock does this?
