Hard Reset does not work.

9At first, I tried to do a hard reset, but I pressed wrong button.(Volume down+ power button). After soft reset,
after verizon logo moved, my phone did not work.
I tried to do a hard reset(Volume down + center circle), It did not work also.

Please, give me some suggestions.
I am using sprint TP pro with vzw rom.

or clear storage, didn't know if that was in VZW ROM's

Are you trying to hard reset still or what is the issue? You can hard reset a sprint TP by dialing ##786# then select the options soft key, choose reset and enter your MSL. For a hard reset to work with the volume and center key to work the phone has to be powered off in case you havent tried it that way.

To do a hard reset you can either go into your settings a press clear storage, or you can hold the volume down and the center button for about 2 seconds then as you hold them down press the power button. I hope that helps

Are you trying to hard reset or fix the issue of not seeing anything? You may want to try reflashing the rom.

Hard reset did not work. But reflashing works perfectly.
(Volume down+ power button works)

that center d-pad button seems finnacky, you have to hold it just right in the center, or hard resets don't happen, took me a while to figure it out, keep trying, as it could save you some time flashing in the future

i have searched every thread in this forum for "hard reset" and not one of the methods listed have worked does anyone have any other suggestions?
