Question Alltel Touch Pro question

I'm thinking about upgrading from the 6800 to the Touch pro on Alltel, the only thing I cant seem to find is the specs for the Ram on the Alltel phone. Alltel does not list it on their website and even if they did i would still be warry of it for the fact that some of the other info posted seems to be incorrect. I'm wondering if it has less ram like the Verizon version? If it does I'm probably going to switch carries too.
Thanks for any help.

Re: Alltel Touch Pro question

No the Alltel phone is just about the same as the sprint version as normal not the crippled one like VZW has.

Re: Alltel Touch Pro question

I have Alltel as well and just upgraded to the Touch Pro. Mine should be here today, all the specs that I have seen are like the Sprint version. It appears to me that the only one crippled is the Verizon version. So I am glad that I did the switch before the merger is complete.

Jump on it! According to the Alltel website you won't be a customer for too much longer. Alltel has posted information regarding the merger up at the top that says that customers are going to start switching by market, over the course of this year. So time is ticking away if you want the better Touch Pro.

Re: Alltel Touch Pro question

I have the Alltel Touch Pro (got it the day it came out since my cousin is a manager at an Alltel store).

It's great! Not crippled and I believe even better than the sprint version. I've had no problem with battery life, chrome chipping, screen issues...nothing. After a full day yesterday my battery was at 73% at 1am last night after coming off the charger at 8am that morning.
