Would be nice to have an "on/off" button for the flash so if you leave the flash on and close the camera app, it will come on next time you use the camera. My motorola Q did this...

I have Htorch how do I set it to flash when I take a pic instead of the way Ive been doing it go into camera or Htorch settings and turning it on, I just want it to flash when I take a pic you know sometimes you have to wait for just the right moment to take a pic I dont want the light on while im waiting..

PS I guess I can try nuelight cant hurt right...

darren wilsn1 ,

I have diamond tweak loaded and htorch but i cannot seem to figure out how to associate htorch to either the left or right softkey. It doesn't show up as a choice.

How does this make it flash (and not stay on) when using the camera?

Thanks

i think what the OP wants to do is turn the light "Off" when you hit the flash button in the camera app. so the flashlight does not interfere with his picture taking. is this right? if thats the case. no.

What I would like it to do is act like a camera...LOL silly as that may sound I want to touch the hard button the enter in my case have the light come on and the camera focus then take the pic..seems very complicated for this phone to do.....doesnt it???](*,)

Better yet auto flash sense the light in the room and turn it on or off depending on the natural lighting...yeah
