Returing Sprint case, dying black + InvisibleShield

The case from sprint is great but it seems to add a little more bulk and it is definitely not the most appealing thing to look at. I do love how it so grippy but here is what I am thinking of doing:

Dyeing the backcover black
getting the full invisshield for the phone

Dyeing the cover because the sprint cover is just ugly (RIT dye). Anyone have the full invishshield? Do you recommend just the front or the entire phone? I thought of doing the full because it would better protect the chrome which I hear chips easy. Also the full would give the phone better grip so i dont drop it. Anyone with this combo, could you post screen shots?

Invisibleshield has 50% off all their products right now so if you're going to get anything now is the best time. I have bodyguardz and hence can't really vouch for invisibleshield since I have no experience with the product other than the fact that everyone here says it has an orange peel texture and colour. Bodyguardz does not have this and has held out pretty good for me so far.

I had an invisibleshield for my last phone (Helio Ocean) but it was just for the screen as the phone had a black soft touch finish anyway.

The protector had a glossy, extremely orange peeled texture. I didn't notice a difference in color when installing it. I'm very sure I wouldn't want the same glossiness and texture on my TP. I'm using the stock screen protector (it's great!) and I plan on just being extremely careful with the phone instead of going with overall protection for it. My Ocean only came out with minor battle scars after a year, I'm not concerned about this phone getting damaged.

I'd get the BestSkinsEver skin full body if I were you. It was $10 shipped, took an hour to get it on perfectly, and it's the same thing as InvisibleShield. The whole phone definitely feels much grippier

get ghost armor. you wont even know it is on after it cures. (takes 24 hours to cure). comes off safely with no residue (i dont know why you would remove it though). best thing since sliced bread.

I dyed the cover last night, looks great. If Ghostarmor and invis shield are made of the same material does ghostarmor feel like an organge peel as well?

Re: Returing Sprint case, dying black + InvisibleShield

I HATE invisible shield (Zagg) products. The screen protector is annoyingly sticky which makes finger gesture movements a chore. It also lessens the clarity of the screen and the rainbow effect is more prevalent with the inevitable skin oil getting on the screen. i had it on for a month hoping the stickiness would go away but it wouldn't get any better. I did like the fact you didn't have to be a surgeon to get it on properly though (i believe its cut a little smaller than the actual screen).

And YES I applied the right side to the screen and YES I had no bubbles on my install. I wish I could get my 11.99 + shipping back.

I agree 100%, I had a Jagg screen protector on my TP for three days & absolutely hated it.

I now use a Brando UltraClear Protector Plus. The Brando is crystal clear & simple to install. Once it is installed, nobody will even realize there is a SP on your system.....

Yeah, I forgot to add that in my post, or decided against it since he wanted more grip. The InvisibleShield is most definitely durable but it is not touch screen friendly, it grips your finger and is soft, so motions on a touch screen would be difficult. Also, because it's soft, the stylus would dig into it and be difficult to move as well.
