when I try this, I get a recording: "The feature code you entered is not valid." Is there a trick to getting it to work?

yes id like the simplified version... i hate talking to sprint.... and this simplified version should have al the necessary options like "conditional"?

EDIT: And this is why i hate calling Sprint! "You can only change your phone voicemail number for google voice service" lol but i want visual voicemail for my own sprint number... if i call again should i just say it is for google voice and give them the number on the first post? will tht still work?

Nevermind, i just did it and it worked!!!

you proably did it wrong like i did at first.

heres an ex. of how i did it: *285121234567 (512 being my area code... the rest my phone number)

so my question is still... is this method safe as far as not being charged? Since i wasnt able to choose the settings like the first post stated. (i.e "conditional")

if a call still rings the phone, then it's conditional and therefor no charge.
