Disappearing Contacts

have u ever used any backup software b4? thats the only way i can think of that wud cause that. man, i didnt even think of that. but i wud format that sd card and start over. do u have an adapter or reader to use on ur computer?

for what it's worth, I was noticing weird issues (phone forgets card is in, ie can't see in file explorer, ect..) with my 8gb card when I first got my pro. a few days ago I finally unlocked and flashed a radio, and i forgot I still had my 512 card in.. no issues with it. I just put my 8gb back in and see if issues come back.
maybe there's some bad card readers for sdhc in certain builds... i'll have to revisit that tread and report.

another thought is one of my mogul hacks accidentally got installed and messed with something... guess I need a hard reset anyway, but I'll wait to confirm problems with 8gb card first.

I used sprite when I had my mogul...But never installed it on the touch pro...

I do have a reader...Format it to FAT32 right?

u dont have to. unless u wanna flash a rom to ur fone from the sd card. fyi, if u wanna flash from sd, dont use a sd card over 2gb.

I have a similar problem...one day I was trying to send picturemail (picture from my Sd card) and when I went to select a contact none where there. I still have all my contacts on my phone, but when I go to the Contacts Tab on TF3D, all my fav. contacts are gone, and I have to reassign them. the picturemail is working, but its slow in loading contacts...I cannot determine when and why the my fav contacts tab is erasing my fav contacts.
