so we can change the animated sprint logo, with a animated gif? what is the name of the animated sprint logo? just to be clear, I'm not talking about the welcomehead.192 file... I need the name of yellow sprint logo before the green windows mobile 6.1 screen

Replace the welcomehead.192.png file in your windows file.

I think you can use diamond tweak or advanced config to change the path to the file you want for that. not too sure.

copy into windows folder, rename from jpg to png files. It will over-write default htc loading screen.

Some of those are really nice.

I don't mind something simple though, does anyone have the video and sound (and required registry changes) to have the stock HTC animation and sound play? Juggalo's ROM has it but I don't want to reflash to that just to rip it.

It's a system file so you have to click to show system/hidden files.
