Hey man , cool am around there too. I am not sure about ntt Rom, you may have to add a string. So you are saying you do not have an animated start up like teh Sprint logo thingy!!

which ROM are you using?

Not sure I added the string correctly, there's a post here of what to add, did all of that but still nothing

It depends on what wave you use.. Registry is HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCAnimation
key to edit is "StartupWav"

Actually on Sprint stock under hklm/software/htc/start up animation there is only Default under name and no String.

Are you saying I need to remove the string and ust leave the HTCAnimation with nothing in it but "Default"?

That is bad a$$! I apologize for the n00b question but after downloading the .gif and .wav file I want to use, how do I get them working on my phone? I assume I have to use regedit? What file paths am i looking for? Any help would be awesome! Thanks guys!

I should also say that I am using Juggalo's rom and not a stock rom.

if you are using a custom Rom, it may not include that animation
