Re: Video Out - what can it do?

I got mine from Brando... do a search for "Brando TV Out Cable", someone posted it a few weeks ago in this forum (I bought mine based of the review). It costs like $16 and took about 3 weeks to get (came from Hong Kong).

It should work fine with Skyfire. The reason Sprint TV has a problem is because it's tied to TF3D, which changes when you switch to landscape mode.

The Sprint TV issue has nothing to do with TouchFlo.... You can launch Sprint TV when in landscape mode just fine, you can even watch it start up! But once it gets to the menu it stops working. It's something built into the program that prevents it from working, hence the need for a hack.

Why do you figure it behaves that way? Oh yeah, because it's launched via TF3D in portrait mode, and there is no option for launching it via TF3D in landscape mode. So programmers paid no attention to making it work in landscape mode.

Dude, seriously, you don't know what you're talking about. I'M NOT LAUNCHING SPRINT TV FROM TF3D. I'm launching it from the program folder in the start menu. And it launches in Portrait mode, not landscape mode.
