SCI Slot Was Already at 0??

Before I did any kind of MSL mods my phone's SCI slot was already at 0, which shouldn't have been. I had been using it that way for 2-3 weeks before I got in there to make the other polling edit. It rings pretty well now with the other tower polling modification (forget which offhand) and near instantly when set to vibrate. I just wanna know if I could go back to the 0 SCI slot value? Like I said, it came store bought this way, unless there are some other regedits that change things.
