I got it to transfer over finally. I had to do it on the device instead of on the computer through activesync. The last time I did it, I transferred them over through activesync. Not sure what the difference is, but I guess it doesn't really matter. Thanks for the reply.

Great Program. Thx. I don't quite get how to make it look transparent with my own background though but I still love it.
I disabled the HTC Home plugin from the today screen.
I copied over all the files in the Transparent and VGA ColorSelect zip files into my HTCHome directory on my phone.
I then reenabled the HTC Home plugin.
I can see my background through the HTC Home plugin but it's not fully transparent... it's like a milky grainy white.
Are you not supposed to be able to see it clearly with any old background?

Is your whole background that way or just what's under HTC Home? If it is the whole thing, make sure you set your wallpaper through the pictures and videos app instead of from the today settings. This would allow you to change the opacity. You want it to be 0.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to call that function independently right now.

Thanks for looking, if you figure anything out, please let me know. It could solve the autolock problem which I think is the achilles heel of this phone or maybe of winmo in general!

Thank you banzaiwolfe for this excellent today plug in which is installed on my Diamond..it's what I've been looking for as touchflo has it's limitation. I do like the white flip clock, but wish it was as big as the TF3D Flo flip clock or maybe have the seconds flipping beside it. It's by no way a contradiction of the brilliant work you've done, just a personal preference. I've not found any one out there that has produced a today flip clock plug in, they keep making touchflo plug ins, which the Diamond already has as standard. The closest I've seen is Tempus12 and that's a flash clock and doesn't work properly on the Diamond.

Could I be cheeky and ask is this something that may be able to be done in future?

Thanks for the compliments, but please understand that I did not develop this plug-in. That was HTC. I merely combined a couple files floating around and did a couple minor hex edits, than converted/made some graphics for it.

Because of this, changes like that are really not possible to the plugin. I wish HTC had continued a while longer with this one as opposed to TF3D, because TF3D is just too much clutter and flash.

This is great, I've been missing HTC home ever since I gave up my old mogul, but could never find a version that worked with HHC. Thanks!

I do have a few requests though for VGA versions of stuff~

DigitalGlow Pink clock
My Puma Black Carbon clock
Kireol Tim Burton clock
Alienware Icons

Sorry if it seems greedy to request so much, but if I knew how to mod them myself I would.
