Re: Fisherman got an itch
Ipod games do not work on Windows Mobile. It is like asking if a Mac game runs on a Windows system.

Re: Fisherman got an itch
Give it time. The accelerometer is still pretty new to the world of windows mobile. More and more games will be released that are similar to what you can play on your ipod.

Re: Fisherman got an itch
yeah give it time... some game developers are slowly working it in...
it might not be your kind of game, but a new version of marble worlds was released and it supports the accelerometer... http://windows-mobile-applications.h...0worlds%20maze I think the same game is available for the iphone/ipod, just goes to show the accelerometer is not taken for granted |

Re: Fisherman got an itch
You've got to take into consideration how long the iPhone has been out compared to how long we've had windows mobile phones that have accelerometers. Naturally, there are way more apps out for the iPhone that take advantage of the technology.

Re: Fisherman got an itch
I've played the flick fishing all last week on my friend's iPhone!
We were out ice fishing for 5-6 hours a day, but while inside the cabin thawing out, we were flick-fishing... LOL What a fun game. You have to remember that the iPhone is the only phone that has a GPU in it (a 2D/3D graphics processor, separate from the main CPU) So games on it will naturally look/feel better.
