Ipod games do not work on Windows Mobile. It is like asking if a Mac game runs on a Windows system.

Give it time. The accelerometer is still pretty new to the world of windows mobile. More and more games will be released that are similar to what you can play on your ipod.

It just sucks because the Iphone has 100's of games with the accelerometer and we might have around 20 and there not even full games.

Re: Fisherman got an itch

yeah give it time... some game developers are slowly working it in...
it might not be your kind of game, but a new version of marble worlds was released and it supports the accelerometer... http://windows-mobile-applications.h...0worlds%20maze

I think the same game is available for the iphone/ipod, just goes to show the accelerometer is not taken for granted

Re: Fisherman got an itch

You've got to take into consideration how long the iPhone has been out compared to how long we've had windows mobile phones that have accelerometers. Naturally, there are way more apps out for the iPhone that take advantage of the technology.

Re: Fisherman got an itch

I've played the flick fishing all last week on my friend's iPhone!
We were out ice fishing for 5-6 hours a day, but while inside the cabin thawing out, we were flick-fishing... LOL

What a fun game.

You have to remember that the iPhone is the only phone that has a GPU in it (a 2D/3D graphics processor, separate from the main CPU)
So games on it will naturally look/feel better.

really? i always thought it had a igpu like the imageon on the vogue.

what ever happened to htc? the last remarkable unit i owned that was manufactured by them was the dell 51v and i have yet to see a ppc phone that can completely replace it. im planning on eventually getting the touch pro, but does anyone know if the TP can compare to the 51v graphics proccessing power? i would like to be able to play enigmo and quake again
