It seems about the same as v1.37 other than the power save mode. I didn't like 1.33 either, it was bad enough that I almost didn't try the newer versions.

Same here! Maybe I'll give 1.40 a whirl because I do miss having a lock feature on my phone.

So I guess S2U2 v1.40 is a lot better than the previous releases? I tried 1.33 and another version but they had a bunch of flaws with them.

That is what I found also. I used s2u2 exclusively in all my Titan phones (& loved it), but could never get any version to play well with the TouchPro (I haven't tried the latest however).

I went through every locking program available, & the only one that worked perfectly in my phone (it is a Sprint TP with the leaked vz ROM activated on Verizon) is the latest version of PocketShield (the earlier versions where buggy as hell) so that's what I'm using now.

I had really good luck with the previous version for the TP and the new version (1.40) is even better with the power save mode.

I've been running 1.37 for a while now and it has been working great, but I did notice that no matter what ROM I was using or what I was doing, when S2U2 was locking my phone the battery was draining. Before I ever installed it I used to get a LONG battery life, the S2U2 really hurt that on my phone. I'm going to download 1.40 right now to see if this improves! I sure hope so because this is a fantastic app.

Re: S2U2 1.40 power save mode

1.4 just made my slide to answer/ignore become buggy, so I went back to 1.37 and it works great. Using the stock windows dialer and S2U2 the ring response is instant. Manila dialer is a dog and adding S2U2 made it 3-5 light rings before the phone actually audibly rang.

Not sure about battery life because i live in a low signal area so my battery life is TERRIBLE. If I actually use the phone i get maybe 3 hours tops. I am stock Alltelwith all tweaks applied, but hopefully when i flash to a custom rom/radio the update will be more efficient with radio/batt use.

I love S2u2 but it makes my BT unstable. I can make a call with BT and hang up once with no problems. Then I can try to make another call and my phone won't respond till I physically slide to unlock the phone. And sometimes then it still won't respond till I reset the phone. Any suggestions?
