wifi and sprint data connection

just talked to my friend at the sprint store he said, "If the wifi and data are on, the Pro will use the wifi for anything that uses internet. (not including texts, duh)"

That is what I noticed. If you try to use something like Sprint TV then it will tell you it wont work with WiFi and you have to turn that off and use the data.

I had a problem with my Treo 700wx. I would turn it on and Internet Explorer would be opened. So I changed the #777 number and it would fix itself. I had to change IE's homepage to nothing. But now I have the Sprint deal thanks to Mr. McGuire and I don't have to worry anymore.

I had both wifi and data connected and it wouldn't connect to Sprint TV. But if I turn wifi off it will. I wonder why it won't work with both enabled at the same time?
