Audio Manager Error
 

Okay so my girlfriends Pro, when you slide to the music tab to play gets the below error. Here's what I've tried.

- Soft Reset.
- Searched the forum here, and found a solution to delete the Audio Manager file under Application Data in the HTC folder. I had to turn off tf3d to do it. Then soft reset and try - didnt work.
- formated the micro card
- moved music into a folder called "music"
- copied (what i believe to be the good files) of audio manager on to my storage card, and copied/overwrote them onto her device - hoping it would work - nope.

My last resort is a hard reset and I do not wanna go thru that crap again. I listen to my music thru WMP - but she likes the music tab -

Also, if I download her another Player - can I add a tab on tf3d for that player? maybe thats an option!?

Does anyone have the stock file of AudioManager_eng.exe?

Im hoping maybe I can just replace the file onto her phone and it works. Although that didnt work from my TP. I really dont want to hard reset her phone...please help!!!

I get the same problem when I have my sd card with music in. I just disabled the music tab, I hated it anyway. Unfortunately, a hard reset probably won't help. You prolly have the same situation as me, a mp3 file in there someplace that it chokes on.

Thanks! I hate the thing myself - but she loves to use it.

So you think its one of the actual files thats stopping it? Okay, I'll have to figure something out - its like she refuses to use WMP - I think cause its an extra step or two!! : )
