Changing Taskbar & Bottom Bar to Black?

Just download the file I attached above (Vodafone.tsk.zip), extract the file Vodafone.tsk, put it in your \Windows directory, go to Start > Settings > Today, click on Vodafone, click OK. I assure you absolutely nothing is changed on your phone except the top and bottom bars being black. No extra software, etc...

Did you try what I wrote in post 20??

Believe me, it works perfectly. I have used Wisbar adv 3 in my last 4 phones & the first thing I do is change the top & bottom bars to a reflective black (which is WAY better looking than solid black)

Ahhhh, now we're getting somewhere! thanks for post #20, I completely missed it the first time. Here's my current snag(s):

1 - It seems I can only apply it to the bottom softkey bar. Is it "Mirrored Gradient" with both the 'Start' and 'End' at 000 - Black? Windows Mobile 6 with the 'Start' & 'End' at 000 - Black?

2 - How do I get those changes to stick? Like I said, currently I can only change the soft keys bar, but when I close Wisbar it just goes back to flat black.

Also - thank you VERY much for having the patience to deal with me here. I feel ridiculous because usually this stuff comes to me almost like second nature.

UI Tweaker does work, for me it does, start it and go to (WM5Color Changer) Tap it Then go to Launch/ Soft Key Background And Taskbar Background set to 0 0 0 . softreset.

UI Tweaker works fine if you just want black, but Wisbar allows a lot more custom options like the shiny bars shown in my screen shot.

Roaming Triangle!! Lol, isn't there a fix for that with the Sprint > Verizon TP?

Anyways, I agree, your black bars look better. Although I do like some of the things Wisbar does, I don't like a lot of other things, so I don't want to install it. If I can only find a .tsk with glossy black bars....
