This happen to me when I was looking for my replacement..Sprint store (retail corporate whatever you want to call it) is not going to give you on from your selling inventory. This is a hot phone and they sell all at the end of the day so they are not going to give one from there stock they are losing money.
I think they have diffrent stock for replacement. Last week they had new stock I just got one so I'm sure they will get some more in I know it sucks. |

This is unfortunate that they don't want to take care of their customers. I have no complaints with the service that I pay for every month, but not to work with customers or at least offer to help them with the process...

yeah i should start a poll on how long it will take for me to get a new phone... i had to go get a damn pay as you go phone...i HATE THIS THING!!! lol its a crapy nokia... i hope ill have one by friday...

ditch sprint switch to alltel. they replace your phone brand new in store, even if you are using your insurance. granted its a 95 dollar deductable like that for a high end phone. But, I would rather pay 95 for a NIB one than a refurbed one for 50 that I have to wait for.

its covered by HTC... so i pay nothing... there waiting for HTC to send the phone... in the past sprint has just given me a NIB phone for the 6800...

They are not giving refurbs yet the TP are still brand new....just went to order one in eticket and ins are offering brand new TPs. But yes go to coporate to exchange in store. WE WILL have to order your TP if you come into a thirdparty we do not pull from stock...I repeat we do not pull from stock!!! We order the high end phones only.

Best way to do it is to contact Care or Tech Support. They will put a memo on the account for a Corp store to swap it out if its covered under TEP/ESRP. I am a third party dealer/service center. We cant take phones off the shelf for repair/replace because we buy our phones at a specific cost and get reimbursed on the back end from sprint when we sell a New Act or Upgrade. Uusually if its after thirty days we have to do an Advanced Exchange, and mine was over the thirty days but i didnt want to wait or get a refurb so i just called CS and they put in a note, and then went to the nearest Corp store and they swapped it out for me.

Has anyone else every used This? As long as you have TEP you get the phone next day or day after if you order to late. Slightly faster if you can't get to a corporate store.

it says your phone has to power on... my phone will not power on... : ( good find thou thanks somone should sticky that ill keep it in mind if i have any other problems...
