During the winter, I would put my phone out on the window between the screen and glass. That worked great.

I drive with it on and I grab my phone and hold it out the window.

Mine will charge while tethering now running Mighty 4.16 with the telus radio, as it runs much cooler than the stock setup ever did.....

ha ha... i assumed mine was unchecked, but it was checked.. i'm not the noob i was 2 years ago.. i knew to google this stuff first, and it brought me straight to this thread and solved my problem.. u guys don't have a lot of patience, but u all are still the best!!!

The solution is to download Nue's Battery utility, and raise the upper temperature limit.

Slightly different on mine. I had to click notifications on my TP2 (top right hand corner) click on the battery icon, and the check box was there. 8)

Just got my TP2 and still learning my was round, always had Nokias before now, but had the original psion palm pc and loved it.
