Will HARD RESET return my phone to normal?

Over the last month I've installed a great deal of stuff on my TP. I've manually edited the registry, installed the ATI Driver, Advanced Config, the GPS fix, Speakerphone Volume fix, and a ton of programs but no ROMS. I'm returning the phone to Verizon and want to know will a simple Hard Reset erase my tracks and return the phone to pre-hacked conditions. Any input or advice is appreciated. thanks
