Call History in Calendar!

I sync with Exchange and share my Calendar with my IT team and certain people in my office and I don't need them seeing how often I call my Mommy, g/f, The Bunny Ranch or 900 numbers. I'd like to see settings so we can set the items to default to Private, Free, etc.

I share my calendar as well and you'll be happy to know It creates it as an appointment with the subject "Phone Call",automatically tags it as private and the time as busy.
