Thanks to everyone who's worked on the tear-down - this ROCKS. It's great to see what our phones look like on the inside and to try to help determine what goes wrong.

Now, if I only had the guts to tear mine apart and replace those front-panel LEDs....

I would like to take the guts of my vzw tp and put it in either a sprint case or gsm case. The feel of the vzw tp is garbage and I would like a cleaner looking phone, any ideas if this is possible?

That 'Confidential' PDF was sure neet to get! I'm tearing my TP apart now as I've dropped it and possibly broke the touch digitizer. No touch capability, i'm kinda hurtin' as the timing is terrible. i can still dial out using the KB. glad I got the TP not the Diamond!!!! Thanks for teardown pics guys! very helpful.
