do you have the receipt? if you do you can dispute the charge and they will credit it back.

funny thing is that Sprint tried to screw me over somewhat like this lol.
First I bought a TP through Telesales paid for it with my bank card, he gave me a delivery date and everything. Next day I get an email saying TP's are out of stock. I call Telesales back and say WTF, they say sorry nothing they can do cuz they are out of stock. They say that if I find any in a Sprint store to buy it and then call them back and cancell the order. So I did. So I call to cancell the order and I tell them I want a refund. They say ok. Next day I get a call from their finance dept. saying they cant give me a refund. Only Sprint credit! I say thats BS! So I ended up calling sprint like 20 times and speaking to every single dept possible lol. Finally I said F it. I called my bank, told them what was happening. The bank was really helpfull. The guy at the bank did a 3 way call with me to Sprints finance dept. and told them to give me my money back or they were just going to take it back and it would be more of a hasle for sprint. So they did.

You really should call your bank/CC and get on it NOW. Don't let these D-bags screw you over. If it goes south from there, hope you have a good lawyer. Threaten them with a lawsuit and you'll get that money back before you know it.

Not arguing that but the businesses tend to take it seriously. Not only that, but each state has their own BBB so it can vary.

Oook - went back to the store last night and taadaa NOW I have my freakn money back...geeze.
SO now I'm going to order another Touch Pro directly from Sprint - so hopefully in a few more days I'll be back out on this forum playing with my new WORKING toy....
