Please HELP!! Phone Stuck!

I received my phone yesterday and flashed a rom into it. After using the rom today, I decided to change to a different rom. When I flashed the new rom, i received a message saying it needed programming, then I dialed *228, it went through the music to and said programming in progress but after a bit, the call was disconnected saying the could not happen. I flashed the stock rom back in and received the same message.

What next steps should i take to get my phone to work again?
