Title Bar Clock Help

I have my phone set to display the clock in the title bar in all programs. I installed sensor lock and it now shows an analog clock instead to the digital clock that was there before. Does anyone know how to change the background clock back to digital? I uninstalled senor lock but the clock is still analog.
