this little trick saved me from having to do a hard reset just now. i accidentally changed the screen sensitivity to the point where i couldn't touch the screen at all. i got so frustrated that i kept holding down buttons and the screen alignment came up!!! i was so shocked and wanted to see if it was plain luck but then i did a search and then found this thread.
