Yeah that will work Baff, always keep a copy or scan of the return kit slip to expedite credit back to your account coz they usually charge you full price til they receive return...

They backordered me a new one, but she said the way the system works is I can't send back this one with the messed up screen using the return kit I already have, so she made me activate this one with the messed up screen to return the one with the cracked chrome, and now I live with the screen until the new one comes.

I thought I would add a comment to this thread. My buttons stopped working on the front of th ephone. Keyboard still works. I went into Sprint store on 12/11 to replace. Called today and they said it was backordered and could not give me a date that I would have a phone.

I emailed Sprint the other day when they were in stock, and just got a reply that they have been out of stock for a while. I just want my new phone. :(
