The only thing I noticed is that it made the selected item in my start menu a shade darker, but that was fine with me. (See attached pic.) If it causes you a problem just change it back to 123. It should look like this "BaseHue 123 (0x00007B)". It will be back to normal. I did it about 3 times just to test it.
